  1. What is recharge?
    1. recharge is a two-way text message program designed to help you build your resilience and bounce back from challenge and adversity. You will get guidance in 3 key domains of resilience:

      reset

      your life’s meaning & purpose

      rethink

      your mindset

      reconnect

      through strong social connections

  2. How does it work?
    1. The program will start by texting you with a few brief questions about your level of resilience in the face of challenges. Based on your responses, you will receive tailored text messages to boost your resilience.
  3. How long is it?
    1. You can use recharge as much as you’d like for up to a year.
    2. After you answer the initial questions, you will receive a text message tip every day for a month. Each week, we will text you a few more brief questions so we can customize your messages for you.
    3. If you decide to continue, we’ll update your feedback regularly.
  4. How do I begin?
    1. To start the recharge program, text the start word that is given to you by your recharge program administrator.
