The program starts with the Health Risk Intervention (HRI) which pinpoints the user’s Stage of Change for health risks and gives targeted guidance on the most important steps for progressing to the next stage of change. After the HRI, users access our fully tailored LifeStyle Management programs for the user’s risk behaviors−e.g, smoking, sedentary behavior, depression, nonadherence to medication, obesity, unhealthy stress management, unhealthy eating, and drinking above low-risk limits.
Each LifeStyle Management program is complemented by engaging interactive Personal Activity Centers filled with activities that promote the use of recommended strategies. Easily accessed from the user’s homepage, these Personal Activity Centers also provide links to a variety of external resources that can help one move through the Stages of Change. The Personal Activity Center can be accessed at any time.
