This page will link you to the Smoking Cessation Program – a program designed to help you whether you’re ready to quit smoking or not. Based on your answers to questions, you will get personal feedback that will help you move forward.
You can take a session every month to see where you are and what progress you have made. After you complete your first session, you can view a Report of the feedback from your session to remind you of the strategies that can best help you. A Personal Activity Center (PAC) will also be available with interactive activities and information tailored to where you are. You can use it anytime.
