Online Programs

Online programs allow scalable delivery of proven behavior change programs to populations large and small. We have more than ten behaviors available—each behavior program can be used alone, or we can mix and match a collection of programs.

Our self-directed online programs are easy to set up and use:

  • Programs run on standards-based web servers.
  • We can integrate with external systems for HRA or identity management.
  • Participants control the pace of the programs and choose which behaviors to work on.
  • Built-in reporting measures program use while keeping individual answers private.
  • The programs require little to no staff, little to no user training, and provide low-cost and consistent delivery.
