Our Health Risk Intervention (HRI) assesses overall health and behavioral risks of a user and is typically the entry point into our suite of programs. By assessing current health issues and concerns as well as behaviors, the HRI is able to determine the most appropriate LifeStyle Management programs to provide. For example, the HRI will ask all users if they have any symptoms of depression, but after completing the HRI, the Depression program link will only appear for those who indicated that they did have depression symptoms.
In addition to being the entry point into the LifeStyle suite, the HRI provides an intervention component for all participants. While some competing products only assess current health (typically called a Health Risk Assessment or HRA), our HRI does an assessment and gives the participants immediate feedback on their particular health issues and recommends ideas for how they can change or begin to think about changing. All assessments and feedback provided in the HRI are based upon the Transtheoretical Model.
Online Program
Our self-directed online HRI assesses more than 10 behaviors, provides feedback on each and creates a list of behaviors for participant to work on in our LifeStyle Management Suite. A coaching version is also available.
If you already have an online HRA solution in place, we can link our individual behavior programs with other HRAs. Click below for sample screens.
