Welcome Global Health Awareness!

Some of us exercise regularly and some not so much. Some of us want to quit smoking and others aren’t interested at all right now.  No matter how ready you are to change the behaviors that put your health at risk, the award-winning Lifestyle Management Suite can help.

The suite includes eight science-based programs that can help you make progress toward lifelong behavior change in these areas:

  • Weight Management
  • Smoking Cessation
  • Stress Management
  • Exercising Regularly
  • Healthy Eating
  • Depression Prevention
  • Adherence to Prescribed Anti-Hypertensive and/or Cholesterol Lowering Medication

You’ll start off with the Health Risk Intervention (HRI). We’ll ask you questions about your behavior and then we’ll give you personal feedback on one or two key steps that can help you move forward.  After that, you can choose any of the eight Lifestyle Programs to focus on (for example, Healthy Eating or Stress Management). Each program will give you strategies to help you change an unhealthy behavior, and stick with a healthy one.

You can visit the Lifestyle Programs each month to see where you are and what progress you’ve made. After you complete your first session in any of the eight programs, you can view a Report of your feedback to remind you of the strategies that can best help you.  Between sessions, you can visit your Personal Activity Center (PAC) which includes interactive activities that can help you put the strategies into action.
