Driving Directions

Driving directions from Google Maps or Mapquest aren’t usually the easiest way to go. See below for directions.

Directions from the Providence Airport

1. From the airport, get on I-95 South; follow approximately 5 miles.
2. Take Exit 9 for Route 4 South (this is a split exit on the left side of the highway).
3. Follow Route 4 South (which eventually becomes Route 1 south) for a total of 13 miles.
4. Turn right onto Route 138 West / Mooresfield Road; follow for 3.8 miles.
5. Turn right onto Upper College Road into entrance for University of Rhode Island; follow for 0.7 miles.
6. Turn left onto Flagg Road; follow for 0.3 miles.
7. Be aware of construction on Flagg Road. You’ll see a new Biotech building, then a two-story natural shingle brick building on your left. Take that next left. There is a sign that reads White Hall.
8. Once you enter the rotary, please call the Pro-Change office number and someone will help you get through the gate: 401-874-4100.
9. Once through the gate bear left. We are located in the one and two story, natural shingle brick building.

Directions from Newport/Jamestown, RI

1. Follow Route 138 West over the Newport and/or Jamestown Bridge.
2. Exit onto Route 1 South; follow for 2.5 miles.
3. Turn right onto Route 138 West / Mooresfield Road; follow for 3.8 miles.
4. Turn right onto Upper College Road into entrance for University of Rhode Island; follow for 0.7 miles.
5. Turn left onto Flagg Road; follow for 0.3 miles.

Directions from Connecticut

1. Follow I-95N toward Providence.
2. Take Exit 3A towards Kingston/Newport.
3. Merge onto RI-138E/Kingston Road; follow for approximately 7 miles.
4. Turn left onto Plains Road; follow approximately 1 mile.
5. Turn right onto Flagg Road; follow approximately 0.25 mile.
6. After you pass one stop sign, take the next right turn. There is a sign that reads White Hall.
7. Once you enter the rotary, please call the Pro-Change office number and someone will help you get through the gate: 401-874-4100.
8. Once through the gate bear left. We are located in the one and two story, natural shingle brick building.
