Pro-Change’s Coaching programs allow telephone-based counselors to easily provide members with evidence-based behavior change guidance.
Coaching versions of our health risk intervention, exercise, healthy eating, smoking cessation, stress management and weight management programs are all available.
Our online programs provide the coach with easy to read bulleted statements and directions which link with our online self-directed programs. A member could use the self-directed online program between coaching sessions for a more tailored and consistent experience.
Pro-Change interventions delivered by coaches, online directly to members, or delivered off-line are tracked in the same database. If a participant uses the online smoking-cessation program and later talks with a coach by phone, the coach will be able to see the participant’s progress from both online and coached sessions.
